The Secondary school offers a balanced curriculum that builds on the different skills taught at the middle and elementary schools. The Secondary Lebanese program develops skills in thirteen subjects including Arabic, English, French, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, Geography, Civics, Philosophy, Sociology and Economics. On top of these mandatory subjects, Greenfield College offers courses that help prepare students for university education and career. These include SAT, Business, Economics, Debate, Essay, CS, TP, SPSS, Robotics & Programming,  

The curriculum is designed to help students connect, collaborate, innovate and discover new information on an ever-broadening scale, and to effectively use technology to maximize the effectiveness of their educational journey.

Lebanese students sit for official exams at the end of their third secondary year in either Life Science, General Science or Economics sections.
