Greenfield College's admission requirements include evaluating students based on their academic potential, developmental maturity, school achievement, readiness for the school’s program, and disciplinary record. The enrollment process ensures that no student is refused admission on the basis of race, gender, nationality, color, religion, or political affiliation. For student admission to KG1, children are accepted in the year they turn three years old. Please note that applications from engaged and married students will not be accepted.
Upon completing the enrollment process at the admission’s office, parents are required to submit the following documents to meet the admission requirements for student admission: Proof of the child’s date of birth, the original or a certified copy of the child’s previous grade reports, and proof of residential address.
After completing the enrollment process and filling out the application for admission, candidates will receive the admission requirements that they need to review for the entrance exams, along with the exam dates. Interview appointments are mandatory for kindergarten students and will be assigned when necessary to other applicants.
The academic committee reviews the entrance exam results as part of the student admission process, and preliminary decisions with recommendations are reported to the academic director. The academic director then informs the parents about these decisions, which are crucial for understanding the admission requirements and the overall enrollment process.
In all cases, the school retains the right to determine whether or not to accept a student for admission. The head of school has ultimate authority in the decision regarding student admission and re-enrollment. Typically, these decisions are based upon the following admission requirements: When there are more applications than places available, priority will be given to students with better entrance exam results and superior communication skills. When the school cannot offer a place to a child, we provide suggestions for other schools that may be able to accommodate the student. In situations where there are more qualified candidates than openings available, the school establishes an unranked waiting list. If any openings occur, the admissions committee decides which candidate(s) to offer a position to, based on the overall profile of the class being applied to and the match between the needs and qualifications of the student with those of the school during the enrollment process.
As part of the student admission process, a non-refundable registration fee will be required within one week of the acceptance letter date to reserve a place for the upcoming academic year. This fee is an essential aspect of the admission requirements.
Differential payment of the tuition fees is available, with the first tuition payment due during the first week of September of each academic year.
Families with multiple children can take advantage of discounts on tuition fees: a 5% discount is offered for the second sibling, a 10% discount for the third child, and a 15% discount for the fourth child.
