In an environment of liberal education and a very competitive talents market that stands at the crossroads of the 4th industrial revolution, Greenfield College strives to mold students into strong and able-minded adults, equipping them with the right tools to face the challenges of the future and with the necessary skills that prepare them for the 21st century. Our inquiry oriented, project-based, concept-centered and hands-on approaches to teaching and learning foster the 4Cs of the learning skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication), literacy skills (information, media, technology) and life skills. Our approaches also focus on interdisciplinary collaborative planning, ongoing reflections, cross-curricular links, and authentic learning. Flipped classrooms, Harvard Project Zero Visible Thinking Routines, 5E Lesson Planning, design thinking, and many other 21st century learning tools are at the heart of our approaches to teaching and learning.
