In an environment of liberal education and a very competitive talent market that stands at the crossroads of the 4 industrial revolution, Greenfield College strives to mold students into strong and able-minded adults, equipping them with the right tools to face the challenges of the future and with the necessary skills that prepare them for a rapidly evolving world and future careers. Our inquiry-oriented, project-based, concept-centered, and hands-on approaches to teaching and learning foster the 4Cs of learning skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication), literacy skills (information, media, and technology), and life skills. Our approaches also focus on interdisciplinary collaborative planning, ongoing reflections, cross-curricular links, and authentic learning. Flipped classrooms, Harvard zero thinking strategies, the 6Es, and design thinking. The implementation of the latest technologies, including AI applications, VR, and AR, is at the heart of our approach. Student life is an integral part of Greenfield College. Our CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) program ensures that students have the opportunity to explore their talents, skills, and hobbies as well as to engage with issues of global importance and to build community alliances. Clubs are led by professionals in their respective fields, allowing students to reach their full potential through participation. The core values of integrity, professionalism, and respect for diversity drive all activities at Greenfield College. Activities focus on building the following tenets: Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring, International-mindedness, and Citizenship.
