Our Programs

Our motto “That they may have an alternative” reflects our guiding principle, to offer students choices and options such as the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP), Lebanese Baccalaureate Program, French Baccalaureate, High School Diploma, and STEAM teaching.

Our classes range from kindergarten (KG) to secondary classes. In all classes, our programs are designed to promote the cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth of students.

Both disciplines are collaboratively planned and integrated to ensure meaningful and authentic application of principle concepts. The curriculum with experiential learning, fieldwork, In addition to the regular curriculum, a TP (practical investigation. traveaux pratiques) curriculum was added to foster inquiry, research, writing, and technology skills. In TP classes students from grades three to twelve work as scientists through experimentation to answer research questions that relate to their everyday lives.

Our written curriculum of social studies and civics not only creates awareness of their community, fellow citizens, the law and environment; but also exposes our students to different communities across the globe. 

The school provides students with many opportunities to witness municipal and ecological practice through fieldtrips to various sites and national ecological[sj1]  protectorates to give them first-hand knowledge of life in Lebanon.

Social Studies is taught in the first foreign language of studies from grades three to seven.


Robotics. Programming and SPSS

Greenfield College has recently adopted a new robotics and programming curriculum from Microsoft. Students as young as six years of age will have the chance to explore Arduino, Scratch, and 3D printing. This program also enables students to earn  special certification from Microsoft upon completion of the program requirements.

This program also enables students to earn  special certification from Microsoft upon completion of the program requirements.

SPSS is a program designed to prepare high school students for university education and life since data analysis and communication is essential to research and career readiness. 

Graduation Requirements

To successfully complete a class at Greenfield College, students should:

  1.  Have a good record of regular attendance.
  2.  Have a satisfactory disciplinary record.
  3.  Have a minimum total average of 60%.
  4. Have no failing grades in the core subjects. (Note: In the case of a passing general average and a failing grade in any core subject, the student will be given a chance for a make-up exam.)
