Early Dismissal

Monday December 11, 2017 - KG, grade one, and grade two students will be dismissed at 11 a.m.  All other grades will be dismissed at 12 p.m.

Absences from School




1-Parents are asked to notify the school of any absence before 8:30 am.

2- Any student who was absent from school will not be allowed to go to class without a written note from his parent.

3-Any student that skips a test without justification fails the test.

4-The student is responsible to catch on with  what is given in class during his absence.

5-An absence of more than 3 days for one term will subject the student to a written warning and class suspension.

6-Any student with recurrent absence after a written warning will be referred to the disciplinary committee.

7-Any agreed upon absence from school will subject all the class to a written warning and will be deprived them of a holiday.

8-Students feeling ill during school hours will be directed to report to the floor supervisor’s office or the receptionist’s office should the former be out. The receptionist or a member of the office staff will notify parents.A student may not leave school  at any time without permission.

9-Parents planning trips during school time are expected to assume the responsibility for finalizing academic make-up arrangements with the respective teachers prior to the trip.

10- Students returning from long-term absences are required to present written confirmation of the reason for the absence.

11- Students returning after a contagious disease must confirm their non-contagious state in an official medical written form.
